The Role:
Finance Manager/Treasurer:
As Finance Manager/Treasurer at PTW, you’ll spearhead financial management initiatives critical to our success in the dynamic gaming industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing end-to-end accounting activities and ensuring accurate book closures in compliance with USGAAP.
- Developing and maintaining timely financial statements and reports.
- Implementing internal financial policies and procedures.
- Managing cash flow, forecasts, and the acquisition of capital assets.
- Providing financial insights and analysis to optimize studio P&L.
- Facilitating team development and fostering positive working relationships.
- Maintaining financial records and supporting budget preparation.
Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Professional qualifications such as USCAP/Chartered Accountant/CMA/ICWA (preferred).
- 8 to 10+ years of progressive financial experience.
- Proficiency in Accounting ERP systems like Microsoft D365, MS Axapta (a plus).
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
