Our client is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant who is a highly motivated individual that  has the ability to manage many tasks with little supervision. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits.
General Statement of Job:
As specific tasks vary by department or division, Administrative Assistants perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties that include, but are not limited to, telephones, filing, photocopying, sorting and distribution of mail, recordkeeping, and business-related correspondence.

Job Requirements:

You will have outstanding communication skills, demonstrate a proactive and results orientated approach and have strong planning and organisational abilities. You will be driven, proactive and be able to work autonomously.

A self-starter with an inquisitive mind who demonstrates a committed and flexible approach complemented by exceptional relationship management skills will excel in this role.
