Ajilon has partnered with a national Manufacturing company to hire an HR Admin!

Our client is wanting to add one more great candidate to their fun yet hard-working team.

Shift: M-F, 8am-5pm (40 hours) Location: Remote to start, but eventually will be back in the office once Covid-19 restrictions lift Pay: $18-$19 Duration: Contract to Hire Candidates MUST be local to the Portland, OR Metro area

Responsibilities:
Create and post open job descriptions for the company’s various hiring needs Screen potential candidates and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers Help prepare new hire paperwork and onboarding documents including i9’s and background checks Assist with new hire orientation and training Prepare reports based on relocation, payroll, employee relations etc Assist with various recruiting programs such as internship programs or college fairs Administrative tasks as needed

We are looking for:
2+ years experience in HR, Recruiting or Administration Bachelors Degree in Business, HR or a related field Proficiency using various computer programs Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with SAP or ERP preferred
