This is a Full-time position in Cottage Grove, OR posted February 13, 2021.

This is a temp-to-hire position responsible for fabrication, assembly operations, and managing the flow of material throughout the plant by performing the following duties:**Hours:** 3pm-11pm, M-F
– $16.96 per hour**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**Work in a safe manner and follow safety policies.

Help ensure co-workers are working safely and following safety policies.Follow all applicable procedures, Standardized Work, Control Plans, and Product Specifications.Participate in required 5S and Autonomous Maintenance activities.Learn, understand and implement AMS and continuous improvement concepts.Support and participate in Employee Engagement activities.Work to an established rate as defined by customer demand and Standardized Work.Operate PIT and other material handling equipment as required.Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand tools as required.Rotate as required through multiple jobs.Identify problems, communicate issues to Crew Leads and Supervisors, and assist with problem-solving.Assist with training co-workers.Support a respectful workplace.Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by supervision or management.**QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:**High school diploma, GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Basic computer skills.Minimum of one year experience in a related field or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.PIT training / fork for some tasksAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and stand for long periods.Ability to read and understand reports and a willingness to cross train on several operations.Strong communication, teamwork, problem solving and leadership skills.Dependability/punctuality.ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
