RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome each and every guest into the restaurant,
Do your part to take, prepare and process their custom orders,
Be part of the team, support, help, listen and encourage each other,
You and your Shift Leader are empowered to resolve guest complaints,
And, as a team ensure supplies are stocked, the restaurant and equipment is clean and all operational, safety and employee procedures are followed.
Schedules vary based on business need and your performance.

Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

Per state law employees operating a meat slicer must be at least 18 years of age.

Everyone needs a food handler’s permit when they start of the ability to obtain one within 30 days of starting.

Successful team members are service oriented with not only the guest, but also your team members.

Respect and kindness are a must.

A good team player will communicate consistently, be able to comfortably interact with customers, handle service issues that may arise in a professional manner, and be able to take initiative and problem solve.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Stand for long periods of time,
Bend and stoop,
Work around heat,
Work in close quarters with others,
Move throughout the restaurant to perform assigned tasks,
Lift up to 50 pounds, and
Work with various cleaning products.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Working conditions sometimes involve exposure to excessive heat and cold associated with kitchen environment.

Exposure to various foods, cleaning chemicals, sharp utensils, and hazardous food preparation equipment.
