Won’t you join us?Your Contributions to the Team:Our Customer Support team seeks a qualified customer service enthusiast who enjoys working with people and solving problems while juggling multiple, deadline driven tasks.

As the Customer Support Representative, you will continuously interact with our customers via phone, email or live chat and facilitate their needs to our internal support departments.

A typical day could entail processing orders, managing paperwork requests, communicating price changes, and creating customer accounts.

Working alongside 5 other Representatives and lead by the Customer Support Senior Manager and Supervisor, this full-time position is based out of our Distribution Center located at 29548 Airport Road.

The typical work week is Monday
– Friday, 8:00 AM
