nn Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Technician to join our growing team.

The IT Support Technician will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware; repair install and maintain computer hardware and support software applications in a remote desktop environment in addition to performing other duties as they’re assigned.

nn nn nn nn Specific Areas of Responsibility: nn Repair, installation and maintenance of computer hardware.

Supporting Software applications in a remote desktop environment.

Support end users via telephone or in person Software installation, upgrades, migration, maintenance Ability to quickly learn new software Listen closely to end user problems to aid in trouble shooting Willingness to expand skillset and experience On-call rotation every few months Perform other duties as assigned nn nn nn General Areas of Responsibility: nn Service Desk technical support User account maintenance and support End user, PC, and Peripheral support PC setup and hard disk cloning and imaging Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

nn The ideal applicant will meet at least 70% of the criteria listed below: nn CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft or equivalent certification in relevant programs desired Extensive experience with different operating systems including Windows, Linux and Mac OS Understanding of virtualization technologies; Hyper-V, Citrix or VMWare desired A solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration Active Directory Group Policy design and configuration Ability to troubleshoot network issues including back bone infrastructure issues Must be organized and have the ability to manage projects of varying length Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently Experience with Service Desk software Understanding of Remote Desktop clients; Dameware, RDP, VNC, TeamViewer, etc.

Formal Education in computer technology or 2+ years of computer and software support in a business environment.

nn nn Physical Demands: nn Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.

Occasional lifting of 30-60 lbs.
