We are looking to hire a Sr.

Healthcare Product Manager/Owner to join our existing team.

This project is being implemented by CitiusTech for one of our largest customers and the project is an ongoing multi-year initiative.

Healthcare Product Manager/Owner Location: Portland, OR Duration: Long-term Mandatory Skills Product Management, agile, SQL Desired Skills HL7, FHIR Job Description Forward thinking with a creative approach to product development.

Evaluate new product development opportunities and existing product enhancements/extensions based on a well-defined product criteria Able to assess and solve complex problems using qualitative and quantitative analyses Lead the conceptualization, design, product development and implementation of approved new and expanded products & services utilizing industry standard methodologies for product lifecycle management Responsible for the execution of multiple simultaneous products under development, from product concept and approval through deployment Complete all documentation throughout the product or project lifecycle, including creating business cases, business plans, business requirements, and product toolkits Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to design, build and enhance iterative features with an emphasis on healthcare solutions.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development and QA, aligning requirements with the delivery of strategic objectives.

Resolve ambiguities and conflicting business and technical requirements.

Proactively identify issues concerning technical limitations and key product requirements.

Identify and design new processes that may be required in support of the project; using and adapting existing processes where possible.

Ability to summarize and present complex issues to a variety of audiences technical, non-technical and Senior Management.

Strong background in business systems analysis, product management and project management throughout the product development life cycle.

Flexibility and adaptability to fit the needs of the project, making progress despite ambiguity.

Ability to work within existing processes, but able to understand and define where new, different or abridged processes should be used.

Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as events warrant.

Ability to work across group boundaries and forge cross-functional relationships and ensure that any feature iterations or new developments are optimized for the healthcare industry.

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and succinctly, complex design and technical issues, as well as business and product requirements.

Ability to understand and challenge technical proposals.

Ability to develop use cases.

Strong presentation and documentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Visio, Word and Excel.

Experienced with Agile Developments.

Lead Healthcare Scrum Teams through the agile sprint process to ship new iterated features based on collaboration with product tech leadership on roadmap priorities Knowledge of healthcare payer workflows, clinical data standards including FHIR, HL7 and interoperability would be a plus.

User Experience Qualifications Must have 5-10Years of Product Management or IT related experience.

Must have Experience working with cross-functional teams to design, build and support business systems Experience in data analytics, reporting, and SQL.

Excellent project management, planning, and organization skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Candidate should have good analytical, problem solving skills and a desire to develop new skills.

Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language to end users and senior management.

Ability to exercise independent and autonomous judgment when dealing with competing priorities and initiatives, while keeping management well informed of issues, progress, status and resolution.

Responsive to customer needs and highly motivated to improve the processes of the organization.

A team player outlook with the ability to work well with peers.

Strong prioritization, communication and multi-tasking skills a must as the environment is fast paced and dynamic.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with credibility at all levels of the organization.

A self-starter who is proactive, and able to multitask in a fast pace environment.

Effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, expectations, organizing people, and getting things done.
