Job Title: Experience Research Coordinator
Our team of user researchers and data analysts work on CAD/CAM software that helps our users design and make anything. Delivering delightful and meaningful user experiences is our goal, and we are looking for a Research Operations Specialist to help us work efficiently and deliver outstanding results.
In this role you’ll help to intake and prioritize research requests, recruit research participants, collect and organize data, evangelize research, and more.
A great candidate is a self-starter, and must possess a strong ability to plan, prioritize, manage, and communicate on multiple projects concurrently. You will need a demonstrated ability to partner closely with various stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
You must have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. This is a fast-paced environment, and the right candidate is action oriented and possesses the ability to think and act quickly.
Experience with scheduling, calendar management, survey and collaboration tools are a must. Knowledge of the CAD or CAM industry, and XD or User Research is desired.
Required Qualifications
2 years working in an agency, software company, or consulting environment focused on operations, program or project management, research, or XD.
