SUMMARY:This position provides administrative support to Satrum and Nest Fresh Grading, Shipping & Receiving, Quality Assurance and farm operations. Will also provide support as needed to the production teams.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* Create purchasing documents as requested. Process receipts and invoices to ensure vendors are paid.* Follow all physical safety and Good Manufacturing Practices. Follow all Safe Quality Foods procedures and requirements appropriate for this position.* Data entry and generating reports related to QA, Grading and Ranch key performance indicators* Assist production with printing labels, orders, pallet tickets, etc using SAP.* Maintain production and Quality Assurance related files including SQF systems paperwork. Perform quality checks according to SOP and schedule.* Maintain plant supplies such as PPE, safety supplies, consumable goods, and other materials necessary to run. Transfer inventory to other locations as applicable.* Assist production team on the floor for duties like packing, palletizing, overwrap, etc. as requested by the Grading Leads or Supervisor.* Perform other duties as requested by WEF Management.* Actively participate in and promote our safety culture by following safe work practices and adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Responsible for reporting all incidents, accidents and observations of unsafe acts or conditions.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:On the job training will be provided. Previous factory or line work preferred. Basic accounting experience preferred.Other Skills desired:* Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP* Problem solving* Preparing and interpreting production reports.LANGUAGE SKILLS: The ability to comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and standard operating procedures. This position should be able to communicate instructions fluently in English and assist Production Foreman and WEF Management with translating more complex information to other employees.
