Swing/Night R&M Technician

Kforce is seeking experienced Repair and Maintenance Technicians for a leading technology company in Corvallis, Oregon (OR). This position will be required to work onsite, and work either Swing or Night shift. This opportunity will enable a Repair and Maintenance Technician to join a team of other technicians that are working on the latest technology in additive manufacturing products. Project: As a part of this Research & Development and Manufacturing team, you will have an opportunity to collaborate with Engineers and Technicians with a variety of skillsets to work with world-renowned equipment and tools. While working on this project you will be asked to perform some of the below tasks:

  • Working on repairing equipment
  • Perform routines maintenance and tests
  • Designs, constructs and tests prototype equipment for electrical systems and components, consistent with engineering and other specifications
  • Evaluates and modifies experimental equipment, concepts and systems
  • Creates basic designs via computer aided design software
  • Reads/interprets schematics, printouts and specifications as needed to complete tests to determine the functionality of electrical circuitry and/ or computer programs
  • Participate with engineers in the debugging and troubleshooting of new and existing products

Job Requirements:


  • Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree and/or additional years of experience
  • 3-5 years of hands on experience with electrical mechanics
  • Understanding of lock out tag out, high voltage and hand tool experience
  • Ability to understand blueprints and schematics
  • Experience working with heat processing or furnaces a huge plus
