‘ Works with customers to determine requirements.’ Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.’ Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.’ Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.’ Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.’ Maintains call center database by entering information.’ Performs routine compliance checks.’ Gathers content and images for social media posts.’ Contacts existing customers by phone to make aware of promotions, sales and specials.’ Talks the customer through the sales process while identifying and overcoming objections.’ Stays current on industry trends and updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.’ Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.’ Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Customer Focus, Customer Service, Data Entry Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Verbal Communication, Building Relationships, People Skills, Interpersonal Savvy, Problem Solving, Multi-tasking ‘ High school diploma, at least one year experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.’ Commitment to excellence and high standards’ Excellent written and oral communication skills’ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills’ Ability to manage priorities and workflow’ Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm’ Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions’ Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products Benefits include allotment of product every month.
