Delivery Lead, Change Management Office

Let’s work together.What You’ll DoThe Standard has created an enterprise level Change Management Office (CMO) focused on creating a consistent experience for our people in navigating change and transition.

As the CMO Delivery Lead, you’ll ensure integrated and smooth change management delivery across the enterprise.Key ResponsibilitiesChange Resource and Delivery Coordination:* Manage and coordinate CM delivery across all projects.* Align CMO resources for coordination of delivery, timeline, and impacts.* Collect feedback from project teams to measure CM effectiveness.Change Management Quality, Consistency, and Success:* Own onboarding, training, and coaching change practitioners on projects.* Coach CMO change managers for quality, consistency, and success on projects.* Focus on process standardization, customer experience and department brand/representation.* Partner with the CMO leader in building relationships with executive leadership, process owners & management to understand their issues, coach on behaviors and gain buy-in for change and recommendations.* Provide leadership and direction for Enterprise Change Management Community of Practice.Change Management Methodology:* Act as Subject Matter Expert on change management methodologies and tools.* Develop and continuously improve the change competency models and methodologies and embed them in the organization with training, coaching and specific interventions.* Develop or enhance change management tools, methodology and processes to build capability across the organization to improve change maturity and effective change delivery.* Responsible for continuous improvement and development of the CMO Portfolio Management including documentation of methodology, framework tools, and templates.* Lead the development and execution of training and infrastructure for the CMO.

Define and manage execution of training strategies and plans (to include training delivery plan and methods, environments, tools, approval cadence, logistics, and scheduling).* Manage the creation and maintenance of all program-related training materials, Train-the-Trainer approach, training schedule development, training metrics and measurement approach, training environment management.CMO Portfolio and Cross Enterprise Impacts* Lead and facilitate change planning sessions for enterprise alignment.* Track Change Management delivery, activities, timeline, and calendar across projects.Traits of a Successful Candidate* Comprehensive knowledge of consulting and coaching techniques and ability to implement change and provide coaching and feedback in a constructive manner.* Ability to build trust with executives, management, and team; overcome resistance in different settings and work cultures, influence stakeholders, and lead without formal authority.* Excellent diagnostic and creative problem-solving skills.* Excellent facilitation and presentation skills to effectively interact and consult with the organization’s senior management.* Exceptional written and oral communications skills (verbal and written).* Strong project management and influencing skills.The Skills and Background You’ll Need* Education: Bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior, human resources, organizational development, organization effectiveness, communications, or related field.
