Guest Services Rep

We are currently looking for a practical, thorough and action-oriented Guest Services Representative to ensure our clients have a tremendous experience during their stay at our properties.

This role is critical to our customers becoming “raving fans” of our company and is achieved through excellent communication, detailed notes and urgent follow-up and follow-through.

This position is the point-of-contact for our clients during their stay and must handle anything that comes up while they are onsite in an efficient and effective manner.

This is mostly an office and desk job, responding to phone calls, emails and texts.

Responsibilities:
This role is the liaison between the Company and our Clients and whatever is needed Must ensure Guests have an excellent experience with great customer service Respond to all emails, texts and calls in a responsive and timely manner Be urgent about completing tasks Need to have an ability to de-escalate guests and remain calm Accurate note-taking, uploading and transferring of information Keep track of any home issues/repairs and communicate to guests Facilitate the Guest “Lost and Found” and ship out items

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Should have knowledge of computers, systems and processes Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good listening skills Must be detail-oriented and task-driven Organized, reliable and focused on essential priorities
