Job Summary: Production Expediter Manufacturing Medford, OR * ID: 49849 * Full-Time/Regular Production Expediter Summary: Assists in managing program workflows to insure delivery criteria are met and aging orders stay within program SLA requirements.

Assists in on boarding of new programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work with Supervisors and staff to insure management of aging program orders.

Runs aging reports and locates oldest orders.

Takes steps to accelerate the production of aging orders Train seasonal expeditors on aging order management techniques.

Elevate upsets and delays to management.

Assist area leads in managing their WIP queues.

This position has no direct reports, however, the Expeditor has a measure of authority in all production areas, only superseded by the supervisor.

The position provides leadership and coaching for the seasonal expeditors, working with the supervisor to get the most value from this function.

During slow periods the Expeditor may be called upon to perform any number of other tasks, from report generation to machine operation.
