Senior BI Analyst

Responsibilities of the Senior BI Analyst: Partner across teams to enable BI applications with long term value Work with stakeholders, SMEs, and users to elicit needs Elicit requirements via interviews, document analysis, etc.

Collaborate with Product Owner to create initial backlog Breakdown epics, develop user stories, and drive detailed reporting requirements Define and document business requirements for new metrics and reports Present requirements back to stakeholders and receive feedback Translate non-technical requirements into technical requirement Requirements of the Senior BI Analyst: Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools Experience working on data warehouse deployments Demonstrated experience writing software requirements and test specifications with JIRA Extensive experience working on Agile projects with various methodologies Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures Strong demonstrated analytical skills related to business software solutions Proven ability to determine systemic process faults and improve process performance across organizations Understanding of claims adjudication, particularly in a healthcare environment Understanding of health industry diagnosis, procedure, and revenue codes and their application Knowledge of the software development standards and practices Demonstrated ability to find efficiencies and improve processes Job ID: 354037 About Eliassen Group: Eliassen Group provides strategic consulting and talent solutions to drive our clients’ innovation and business results.
