In this fast-paced environment, this position requires strong technical, business, and analytical skills with experience in driving cross-organization collaborations.

This position plays a key role in working directly with the broader organization and staff to help set communication priorities and understand gaps, align high-level messaging across the organization, while also working with other executives across other groups.Roles and Responsibilities: A high performer with a accomplished track record in Intel Strong leadership, resourceful, and can adapt fast to changes.

Comfortable operating in fast-paced environment with high degrees of task, people and deadline pressure.

Strong self-initiative and persistence to deal with a high degree of ambiguity and drive clarity in key areas.

Detail orientation to gather, analyze and interpret data for input to key decisions Excellent in internal and external communications.

Strong Stakeholder Management Understands and interprets industry trends, creates and drives strategies Strong business acumen and customer-facing experience.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related engineering degree Strong technical and business background; preferably in the areas of HW/SW Engineering and/or MBA or business degree desired.

4+ years of experience in Project/Program Management.

Relevant experience in leading technology or product strategy/support within Intel.

Leadership, People Development, Org Health experience.

Simultaneously manages diverse and extensive assignments.

Conceptualize a strategy and put it rapidly into motion.

Execution skills
– execute/operationalize strategy, knows how to get things done.
