Their talents – problem solving, organization, time management and more – help fuel the success of our design teams, and ultimately support the success of the Jordan Brand.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe’re looking for a Design Operations Manager who is a hardworking, motivated, intuitive and well-organized teammate who ensures the Footwear (FW) Design Studio runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. They will drive, implement and lead design process systems and procedures, solve problems, and prioritize amongst multiple tasks. They will provide the energy, focus, and organizational horsepower to drive process excellence and enable Jordan FW Design to have creative space and focus.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONAs our FW Design Operations Manager you’ll perform a wide range of responsibilities including; building and implementing calendars and process, being a strategic thought partner to the FW Operations Director and FW Design Leadership team, and being an active participant during FW leadership team staff meetings. You’ll also establish and foster strong cross-functional relationships with Product Merchandising and Development partners, developing plans for achieving key dates and results.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHAs our Jordan FW Design Operations Manager, you will partner with and report to the Jordan FW Operations Director, and working closely with Design Directors and Designers across FW, Color, and Materials Design. You will also work often with Operations partners across Jordan, Development Directors, and Product Merchandising leaders, among others.WHAT YOU BRINGOur ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, building from scratch, and taking action. They can develop solutions for challenges without an existing playbook, and find efficiencies within current processes.* 4+ years of Operations Experience* Experience creating and implementing new organizational tools and calendars* Proficient in Power Point, Keynote, Excel and Microsoft Outlook* Shown success operationalizing business strategies and programs* Experience with Product Creation process preferred* Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities including senior level executives* Prior success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment with sometimes high levels of ambiguity and independence with sometimes varying working hours* Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and appropriately handle highly confidential and sensitive information* Ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detail* Previous experience working with budgets is strongly preferred* A bias for action and always delivering results!NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
