Bright.md helps primary care providers deliver remarkably efficient, high-quality, delightful asynchronous virtual care, improving provider efficiency by as much as 90%, increasing care quality by 2x, and delighting patients and providers with a new experience of care. 

Much more than “telehealth,” we build products that bridge the communication gap between patients and providers, automating the remote care delivery process for clinicians at major health systems.

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to manage paid media digital marketing and email programs to generate demand and convert leads down the sales funnel. 

This position will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and is full-time, located at our HQ in Portland, OR, or remote (the US only).

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role will include everything from strategy and preparation to execution, optimization, analysis and reporting, and stakeholder participation, with a focus on online performance marketing activities such as paid social, search, and media partnerships.

You’ll be in charge of the digital advertising roadmap, which includes finding and introducing new digital advertising platforms as well as developing a robust email strategy; ensuring that we’re serving content and advertising campaigns that reach the right people to drive business results.

You will:
Architect and implement paid advertising programs, paid social, and paid search to reach lead targets in terms of both strategy and detailed execution across media channels to drive new customer acquisition and growth.

Create high quality, scalable email marketing programs that support the ongoing nurture of our marketable database and ultimately increase conversion to sales Monitor conversions and results daily, consistently optimizing to achieve goals  Manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize performance including A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests.

Interpret metrics from analytics dashboards and report on trends, traffic, conversions, and overall performance  Drive implementation, execution, and optimization of any/all campaigns that support brand and product initiatives and ensure that campaigns are efficient and effective Develop or partner with copywriters and the content team to develop, edit, and optimize headlines and copy on a regular basis  Stay up-to-date on digital marketing and paid advertising strategies and trends, while continually demonstrating new tools to boost the efficacy of campaigns  Work collaboratively with marketing and sales to ensure campaigns are aligned through the GTM team and achieve company goals  Find opportunities to create efficiency in our marketing operations and implement systems and programs to support these opportunities. 
Skills and Experience
5+ years experience in B2B digital marketing and advertising, centered around online consumer acquisition, conversion, and optimization Experience working both in-house and with digital advertising agencies.  Working knowledge of the technical components of digital marketing, (pixels, tracking, Google Tag Manager, etc).

Experience managing towards profitability targets, maximizing account performance and delivering against strategic KPI.

Direct experience managing paid customer acquisition through Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Linkedin Understanding of database concepts and strong user of MS Excel.

Experience building A/B and multivariate experiments.

Proven experience digging deep to leverage analytics and insights from an omnichannel strategy for a global platform company.

Experience with Marketo and Salesforce highly preferred Strong understanding of demand generation and ABM principles Working knowledge of HTML and CSS Understanding of database concepts and strong user of MS Excel.
