Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Analytics & Continuous Improvement

This is a Contract position in Coquille, OR posted March 30, 2021.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for effectively managing procurement processes and systems for the Global Strategic Procurement team (Direct/Indirect). This position also owns the analytics strategy of the Strategic Procurement department through the creation of KPI and metrics dashboards, and continual analytical support to drive performance improvement and business decisions. This individual will interface with cross-functional teams to gather and report monthly performance data to drive savings, supplier terms improvement and risk mitigation activities. Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Adhere to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements. Manage the Global Procurement spend analytics database, the primary mechanism for collecting and analyzing Integer’s spend and forecasts by commodity, supplier and location. Develop departmental dashboards related to spend analytics, purchase order performance, forecast accuracy, and other KPIs. Lead, manage and execute all data collection, validation and analysis activities to drive execution of Strategic Sourcing targets including on-time sourcing, spend leverage, cost reduction, geographic spend diversification, PSA coverage etc. Support the Commodity Management team in use of decision support tools including spend analytics, supplier scorecard, risk management, and additional tools that are added in the future. Work collaboratively with IT and other functional groups to design and implement Strategic Procurement system improvement projects (i.e. IRFQ, spend analytics, Sharepoint dashboards, etc.) Lead monthly review meetings with all Integer sites to collect data and report material saving results (actual and forecast), including Net Inflation/Deflation (I/D), Material Usage Variance (MUV), Make vs Buy, and Indirect cost reduction projects. Work collaboratively with Integer sites, build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure completion of deliverables as committed, and maximize overall benefit. Must be proficient at coordinating and managing projects (i.e. project timelines, cost tracking, etc.). Lead Supplier Payment Terms Improvement Strategy execution as part of the Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) improvement initiative. Manage and report KPIs to drive improvement actions. Lead the Virtual Card Account (VCA) implementation initiative. Lead compliance with the Enterprise Supplier Risk management process. Based on risk rankings, work with the Operations and Global Sourcing teams to ensure risk mitigation strategies are identified and effectively executed. Consolidate supplier performance and risk scoring data across all manufacturing sites, and ensure it is updated per policy for continual evaluation. Monitor and continually communicate high risk supply situations to ensure risk management and execution to established plans. Develop enterprise-level capabilities for proactive supplier risk mitigation. Act as the leader in critical supply chain situations pulling cross functional teams together and strategize plans of action. Own business process development and improvement, written procedure development, focused on Strategic Procurement activities. Identify areas for process improvements and come up with systems solutions to address them. Lead Sourcing related initiatives, such as supplier diversity, sustainability, product stewardship as part of Integer’s Corporate Citizenship program. Perform other functions as required. Education & Experience: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field required; MBA a plus. Minimum Experience : 7 years of experience in procurement or related process-driven field. Knowledge & Skills: Special Skills: Proficiency in MS Office with focus on advanced Excel skills and analysis. Ability to understand multiple reporting tools, manipulate and manage large volumes of data. Experience in procurement, logistics, manufacturing or operations is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate productively throughout the organization. Good understanding of ERP systems, query and report writers, financial software. Capable of distilling complex analysis into clear, concise, action-oriented proposals. Superior analytical and project management skills. Ability to identify and pursue multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills. Specialized Knowledge: Experience with Oracle, Noetix, Hyperion, and BICS strongly preferred but not required.
